Autvex.com (“Autvex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Autvex.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) or a detailed description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on Autvex.com, with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please note: DMCA notices must contain all required elements listed above. Incomplete notices may not receive a response. We recommend consulting with a legal professional before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Autvex.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the Western District of Texas if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, Autvex will terminate user accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Fair Use Notice
Autvex.com may contain copyrighted material that has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. We make such material available for purposes of criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, and research — which constitutes “fair use” under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act. If you wish to use copyrighted material from this site for purposes that go beyond fair use, you must obtain permission from the copyright owner.
Image and Media Attribution
Autvex uses images from the following sources:
- Manufacturer press kits and media libraries (used with permission for editorial coverage)
- Royalty-free image providers
- Original content created by Autvex
